Orangetheory Fitness Ridgefield is looking of a Studio Manager to lead, inspire, and continue to grow our studio.

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, people focused Studio Manager to lead the daily operations and overall success of our boutique fitness studio. This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about sales, team development, and creating an exceptional member experience.

As Studio Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving membership growth, developing a high-performing team, executing operational excellence, and achieving key business goals. You’ll lead with energy, accountability, and a commitment to building a positive, results-oriented culture where both members and employees thrive.



What You’ll Do

Lead Sales & Business Growth

  • Drive monthly membership, revenue, and profitability goals.
  • Generate new business through referrals, community partnerships, networking, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Coach the sales team to improve lead generation, bookings, conversions, and member retention.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to maximize results.
  • Personally assist with key sales opportunities and member retention efforts.
  • Ensure every lead receives timely, professional, and consistent follow-up.
Inspire & Develop Your Team

  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews.
  • Set clear expectations while recognizing and celebrating success.
  • Lead by example and inspire your team to consistently exceed goals.
Deliver Operational Excellence

  • Oversee all aspects of daily studio operations.
  • Create an outstanding member experience from the first visit through long term membership.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
  • Resolve member concerns quickly, professionally, and with care.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Drive Financial Performance

  • Analyze business metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage labor expenses while maintaining exceptional service levels.
  • Develop action plans that improve profitability through revenue growth and expense management.
  • Maintain accountability for operational budgets and financial goals.
Build Community Connections

  • Develop relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders.
  • Coordinate events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives that increase brand awareness and generate new memberships.
  • Represent the studio at community events and promotional activities.
  • Support local marketing efforts that drive qualified leads and long-term growth.

Qualifications

Required

  • Two or more years of leadership or management experience.
  • Proven success leading a sales-focused team.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing KPIs and driving business results.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Preferred

  • Experience in boutique fitness, health and wellness, hospitality, retail, or another membership-based business.
  • Experience managing payroll, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
