At Orangetheory, members don't just come for a workout. They come for the community, the coaches, and the results. As Studio Manager, you'll set the tone for all of it, from the big-picture strategy to the details that make every visit feel personal.

What you'll do

Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to meet and beat membership goals
Own day-to-day studio operations and plan for long-term growth
Create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks in: members, staff, vendors, and guests
Solve problems quickly and follow through
Hold yourself and your team accountable while keeping the energy high

Leadership or management experience (Orangetheory experience is a big plus, but not required)

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
