What You’ll Do

Drive Membership Sales: Present membership options, communicate the value of Orangetheory, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
Manage Leads and Follow-Up: Connect with prospective members through calls, texts, emails, and other outreach to book introductory classes.
Convert Guests into Members: Understand individual fitness goals and help guests find the membership that best fits their needs.
Create Exceptional Experiences: Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
Build Community Relationships: Participate in local outreach, referral initiatives, promotions, and studio events.
Support Member Retention: Develop meaningful relationships with current members and contribute to a welcoming studio environment.
Achieve Sales Goals: Work toward individual and studio performance targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Support Studio Operations: Assist with front-desk responsibilities and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Interest in sales, relationship-building, and achieving performance goals
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Dependability, initiative, and willingness to learn
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days of hire

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
