What You'll Do

As a Sales Manager, you'll work closely with studio leadership to drive membership growth, create exceptional member experiences, and keep the studio running at its best.

Lead by example: Set the standard for exceptional customer service, sales performance, and positive team energy.
Drive results: Help achieve and exceed membership sales, retention, and revenue goals.
Build relationships: Connect with prospective members, understand their goals, and help them discover how Orangetheory can change their lives.
Support your team: Coach, motivate, and develop sales associates to build confidence, strengthen skills, and celebrate wins.
Create memorable experiences: Help make every interaction feel personal, welcoming, and motivating.
Keep things running smoothly: Support daily studio operations, administrative responsibilities, and overall studio performance.
Grow our community: Participate in local events, partnerships, and outreach opportunities to introduce more people to Orangetheory.
Step up and take ownership: Be a dependable leader who can make decisions, solve problems, and keep the studio moving forward.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything about Orangetheory on day one. We'll teach you the business. What we're looking for is someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and drive to succeed.

You'll be a great fit if you:

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
