We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and personable individuals who love helping others reach their goals. As an OTF Coach, you’ll lead our heart rate-based workouts, inspire members, build community, and make a real difference every day.

What You'll Do:

Lead & Motivate: Deliver predesigned, science-backed workouts while creating an inclusive, high-energy environment for members of all fitness levels.
Coach & Educate: Demonstrate proper exercise technique, monitor performance, provide real-time feedback, and offer modifications to help members train safely and effectively.
Bring the Technology to Life: Use Orangetheory's heart rate monitoring system and studio technology to educate members and enhance their workout experience.
Keep Classes Running Smoothly: Manage workout transitions, equipment, and timing while maintaining studio cleanliness and safety standards.
Build Community: Develop meaningful relationships, recognize member progress, and create a welcoming environment that keeps members motivated and engaged.
Be a Team Player & Brand Ambassador: Collaborate with studio leadership and fellow coaches to deliver an exceptional member experience and represent everything Orangetheory stands for.

Compensation: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
