Orangetheory Fitness Madison is looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated individual to join our front desk sales team!

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and doesn't mind getting an early start to their day.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with member check-ins and class bookings.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and membership inquiries.
Follow up with prospective members and assist with membership sales.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.
Support daily studio operations and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

Must be dependable and consistently available for shifts beginning at 4:30 AM.
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Basic computer skills.
Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Interest in health and fitness is a plus.

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
