Qualified personal trainers, group fitness coaches, and fitness sales advisors will deliver to our member community a high level of customer service and a high-energy, heart rate-based, and technology-tracked workout.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, body mechanics, and general fitness principles
- Group Training or Personal Training certifications from OTF preferred sources such as; ACSM, ACE, PTA, NASM, NCSA, AFFA, or NFPT (ideal but not 100% required depending on background and college degree)
- If not currently certified with sources listed above, A Bachelors in Health Science, Kinesiology, or equivalent will suffice to get begin coaching.
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Project confidence and energy on a microphone in a group fitness class setting.
- Flexible to work some morning, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed
- Group fitness experience or personal training preferred
- Must be able to safely lift and move up to 60 Lbs

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships with people in our community
- Build OTF attendance and retain current clientele
- Energize and motivate clients to reach their personal fitness goals
- Deliver scientifically pre-designed workouts in a group setting
- Ensure the safety of participants
- Provide options for exercises to accommodate various skill levels
- Attend regular studio meetings and ongoing education
- Conduct studio tours and facilitate sales
- Conduct inbound and outbound telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
- Facilitate booking intro sessions and on-boarding new members
COMPENSATION:
- Competitive per-class pay for the fitness coaching portion of your role
- Base + Commissions + Bonuses potential for the fitness consulting portion role

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).
