We’re looking for an energetic, positive, and outgoing Sales Associate who enjoys connecting with people and wants to help others reach their fitness goals. You’ll be one of the first people our members and guests meet, so having a friendly personality and the ability to make people feel welcome is important.

What You’ll Be Doing

Greeting members and guests and creating a welcoming studio experience
Answering questions about Orangetheory, memberships, classes, and pricing
Introducing potential members to the Orangetheory concept
Giving studio tours and helping guests feel comfortable before their first workout
Working with coaches to support new guests during their first Orangetheory workout
Following up with potential members and helping them take the next step
Selling memberships and helping the studio reach its goals
Participating in local marketing and community outreach events
Helping keep the front desk and studio clean, organized, and welcoming
Building relationships with members and becoming part of the OTF Newtown community

What We’re Looking For

Positive, outgoing personality
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable talking with new people and building relationships
Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle
Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
Comfortable discussing memberships and asking for the sale
Team-oriented attitude
Availability for some evening and weekend shifts

Previous sales or fitness experience is helpful, but not required. We’re looking for someone with the right personality, attitude, and willingness to learn.

About Orangetheory Fitness

Orangetheory Fitness is a 1-hour, full-body, coach-led workout that combines cardio and strength training in a motivating group environment. Our goal is to help people of all ages and fitness levels become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
