About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Orangetheory - Visalia as a Sales Associate / Part time Fitness Coach! This exciting role combines sales and fitness coaching, allowing you to inspire others while driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with members and potential clients to promote fitness programs and memberships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during fitness classes.
- Assist in the execution of fitness assessments and personal training sessions.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
- Collaborate with team members to create a motivating atmosphere.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our fitness programs and services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Certification in fitness or personal training is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about health and fitness with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in using technology and fitness software.
- Must be able to lift and move fitness equipment as needed.

Compensation: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
