Are you high-energy, incredibly organized, and obsessed with helping people crush their fitness goals? As our Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the front desk. You’ll partner directly with the Studio Manager to keep the studio running flawlessly, coach our sales team, and ensure every member walks in and out of our doors with a smile.

This is a 20-30 hour-per-week position perfect for someone who loves fitness, leadership, and making things run like clockwork.

⚡ What You’ll Actually Do

Lead the Vibe: Keep the energy high at the front desk. You’ll mentor, train, and motivate our Sales Associates to crush their monthly goals.
Master the Desk: Run the daily show—from checking in members and answering sales calls to keeping client accounts up to date and handling cash.
Be an Operations Wizard: Help the Studio Manager with behind-the-scenes magic like staff schedules, team meetings, and tracking sales commissions.

EXAMPLE WEEKLY SCHEDULE (*May be subject to discussion)
Studio hours include 4:30 am - 8 pm weekdays as well as Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am - 1 pm.
ASM hours will include opening and closing and at least one weekend day, most weekends.

COMPENSATION

Hourly: $17.00

+ Individual sales commission (up to $40 per sale) and monthly Bonus (Up to $250+)
+Simple IRA Match at 3%

+Paid time off according to PTO policy (based on tenure)
