🚀 Fitness Sales Associate - Launch Your Fitness Career at Orangetheory Fitness

We're looking for Sales Associates who are fired up about people, motivated by goals, and ready to grow into leadership or coaching. No experience required. Just bring your energy.

Why This Role:

This isn't a front desk job. It's a front-row seat to how a high-performing fitness studio operates - and your first step toward becoming a Coach or Studio Manager. You'll learn sales, community building, studio operations, and member experience from the ground up, with a team that invests in your growth from day one.

A Day in the Life:

Your shift picks up when the midday energy hits its stride. Members are coming in fired up, leads are rolling in from the morning, and you're jumping straight into the action - following up on calls, booking intros, and getting new guests scheduled for their first class.

When a prospect walks through the door, that's your moment. You take them on a tour, connect them to the OTF story, and guide them toward a membership that fits their life. You're not just selling - you're helping someone make a decision they'll thank themselves for.

As the afternoon moves into evening, you're keeping the studio sharp, supporting the coaching staff, and making sure every member who walks in feels like they're walking into their place. Evening classes bring some of the highest energy of the day - and you set the tone from the front.

Before you close out, you're logging your activity, reviewing your numbers, and making sure the studio is dialed in for the morning team. You leave the place better than you found it - and you head home knowing you moved the needle for someone today.

What You'll Be Doing:

Be the first face members and guests see - make it count
Give studio tours and confidently guide prospects toward membership
Follow up on leads through calls, texts, and CRM tracking
Drive membership sales and help hit studio-wide goals
Support new members through their first workout alongside Coaches
Maintain a clean, energized, and well-organized studio floor
Participate in grassroots events and partner activations

Monday - Friday
Shifts between 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
