Membership Sales Specialist

We’re hiring a high-energy, results-driven Membership Sales Specialist to drive new memberships and deliver an exceptional first experience for every guest.

What You’ll Earn

Base pay: $13–$16/hour
Uncapped commission (top performers earn significantly more)

What You’ll Do (Sales-Focused)

Convert leads into memberships (phone, text, and in-person)
Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales goals
Build relationships that drive referrals and retention
Bring energy to the studio—every guest, every time

Schedule Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

We are looking for team members with flexible availability, including:

Early mornings: 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Evenings: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Weekends required: Saturday & Sunday (7:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

You must be available for weekends and a mix of shifts to be considered.

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
