Orangetheory Fitness is looking for an energetic Fitness Coach / Studio Manager to lead high-energy workouts while helping manage the daily operations of our studio. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves fitness, leadership, and building a strong community.

You’ll coach members through Orangetheory’s science-backed workouts while also helping drive studio performance, support the team, and create an incredible member experience.

Coaching

Lead and motivate members through Orangetheory’s heart rate-based workouts
Help members set and achieve fitness goals
Provide form corrections and ensure workout safety
Deliver an energetic, motivating class environment

Studio Leadership

Support daily studio operations and member experience
Help drive membership growth and sales goals
Build relationships with members and staff
Celebrate member milestones and foster a strong community

What We’re Looking For

Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality
Strong communication and leadership skills
Team-oriented mindset
National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA equivalent) or ability to obtain one

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
