What You’ll Do

Lead science-backed, high-energy interval workouts that challenge and inspire.
Coach members into the right heart-rate zones, while keeping them safe and confident.
Correct form with precision and care — elevating performance.

Step into the spotlight: appear in studio content, highlight events, and extend your coaching presence online.
Work with fellow coaches and leadership to create a culture members can’t stop talking about.

What You Bring

Current Personal Training certification + CPR/AED required.
Group training or personal training experience.
A commanding stage presence — confident on the mic and comfortable on camera.
Outgoing, empathetic, and able to balance energy with precision.

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
