Regional Fitness Manager Pay Structure
- Competitive base salary
- Commissions for coaching classes
- Total compensation can average between $60,000.00-$80,000.00 / annually

A Day In The Life:
- Be a constant example of peak level Orangetheory coaching
- Be an integral piece of the development of your Head Coaches
- Think like an owner - provide expertise and insight on studio metrics
- Understand the science behind our workouts - specifically heart-rate focused training
- Host workshops
- Onboard new coaches
- Help coaches, head coaches and our members set and achieve goals
- Facilitate regional coaching events & evaluations
As a Regional Fitness Manager, You Have:
- Knowledge to educate your region's elite coaches
- Multiunit managerial experience
- 5+ years of health, wellness and fitness industry experience
- AED/CPR certified
- Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
- Ability to travel within the __ Region

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
