This position runs all "front of house” for two Orangetheory Fitness Studios in Parker Colorado (Parker and Pine Bluffs) This includes sales coaching, operations, onboarding, sales promotion implementation and managing a sales team of 10 full and part-timers and If you are a certified personal trainer, you can coach too!
- Compensation: Base + Monthly Bonus + Commission + Coaching
- Annual Base Salary: $52,500 to $62,500, based on experience
- Plus Monthly Bonuses and Commissions $5,000 to $10,000 Annually
- Total Annual Compensation Range with Bonuses: $57,500 to $72,500
- If you are also a Coach, you can make an additional $8,000 to $12,000 per year coaching beyond the 40 hour work week by coach 4 to 6 classes per week.
- Working 45 to 50 hours per week, Sales and Coaching Range $65,500 to $84,500

- Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
- Team Builder: Hire, schedule, and manage Sales Associates.
- Success Factor: Have a flexible schedule where the Studio Manager can work mornings, evenings, and one or two weekend mornings per month to meet all the members and be the host of the party.
- Presenting the Orangetheory concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros.”
- Working at our front desk, which includes answering phones and talking to members, among other tasks.
- Giving studio tours
- Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
- Following up on prospective clients
- Handling members’ concerns professionally and objectively with the goal of resolution
- Community building - Participating in marketing and outreach events
- Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
- Manage and recruit sales team.
- Coach and conduct Role-playing daily with the sales team.
- Implement the monthly marketing playbook.
- Be the spirit of the More Life brand in the studio.
- A Studio Manager steps up to, balance the team's strengths.
- Sales goal setting and marketing implementation.
- Hold the sales team, coaches, and yourself accountable for the goals and objectives you set.
- Other duties as assigned.

- This position must coordinate with the Head Coach on studio operations, marketing, client retention, and community events.
- Ideal applicants must be able to participate in 2 HIIT (high-intensity interval training) sessions a week, be charismatic, outgoing, good with numbers, be career-driven, and be able to follow a proven success plan for career advancement.
- Must have Management Experience and Sales quota experience.

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism.
