Compensation & Perks:Â
- Earn $25–$85 per class based on experience and class size

What You’ll Do as a Coach:
- Guide members through pre-designed group workouts using interval training principles
- Deliver motivation, accountability, and expert instruction to a diverse member base
- Support members in setting and achieving personal fitness goals
- Ensure proper form and technique while correcting movement safely
- Demonstrate and explain equipment usage clearly and confidently
- Bring energy and presence to every class, creating a fun and inclusive experience
- Stay informed on fitness trends and competition — and always be improving
What We’re Looking For:
You’re a team player, coachable, and passionate about fitness and helping others. You lead with energy and clarity, and you know how to connect with people of all fitness levels. You bring the science and the vibe.
Required Certifications (at least one of the following):

- ACE, NASM, AFAA, NSCA, ACSM (CPT, CSCS, Group Fitness, or Exercise Physiologist)
- Current CPR/AED certification is also required

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
