Your Impact as an OTF Coach
- Lead high-intensity interval workouts for up to 45 members, following Orangetheory’s proven fitness method.
- Command the mic with confidence, coaching members to push past their limits while maintaining safe form.
- Foster an inclusive, results-driven community where members feel supported, motivated, and eager to return.
- Drive studio engagement and retention by building authentic relationships and helping members track progress.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, or AFAA)
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- At least one year of group fitness or personal training experience
- Strong communication skills, energy, and ability to coach all fitness levels
- Solid knowledge of exercise technique, body mechanics, and how to make workouts fun and effective

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
