Shift Lead – Orangetheory Fitness
📍 Location: Spring Hill, TN

Orangetheory Fitness is a science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-inspired group workout. We’re rapidly expanding and looking for a high-performing Shift Lead to help drive studio growth and exceed revenue targets.

This role is perfect for someone with strong sales acumen, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

🔶 What You’ll Do:

As Shift Lead, you’ll directly support the Studio Manager by driving sales performance, managing shift operations, and delivering an exceptional member experience that translates into retention and referrals. Your primary focus will be meeting and exceeding revenue goals while developing your team’s performance.

🔶 Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales Targets: Convert leads into memberships, upsell packages, and close renewals with confidence.
Drive Team Performance: Motivate your team to hit daily and weekly KPIs, including sales goals, call volume, and lead conversion.
Maximize Lead Pipeline: Execute outbound call campaigns, follow-up sequences, and lead generation activities.
Operational Excellence: Own studio appearance, systems, and processes to deliver a consistent member experience.
Member Retention: Maintain high engagement through proactive outreach, milestone recognition, and data accuracy.
Tech & Admin: Troubleshoot OTBeat heart rate technology, manage member accounts, and support marketing initiatives.
Support Staff Development: Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching team members for peak performance.

🔶 Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, retail, or fitness membership sales required
Leadership or supervisory experience in a performance-driven setting preferred
Excellent communication, closing, and follow-up skills
Comfortable with outbound calls, CRM systems, and data tracking
Highly organized, coachable, and results-focused
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent required

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
