Position Overview

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving membership growth, achieving sales targets, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will oversee the sales team, manage lead generation, and implement strategies to promote the Orangetheory brand while creating a fun, motivating environment for our members.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure success in achieving monthly sales targets.

    • Drive membership sales, upsells, and renewals to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize membership growth and retention.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

    • Use CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and member interactions.

    • Oversee and maintain the quality of lead follow-up, ensuring that potential and current members receive timely, personalized communication.

  • Team Development:

    • Onboard and train new sales staff to maintain a positive and energetic sales culture.

    • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.

  • Marketing & Community Engagement:

    • Collaborate with the operations team to create and execute local marketing campaigns and events to drive awareness and increase membership sales.

    • Engage with the local community, participate in events, and promote Orangetheory’s brand as a leader in fitness and wellness.

  • Operational Excellence:

    • Monitor and track sales performance data, report on results, and make recommendations for improving sales strategies.

    • Assist with daily studio operations as needed, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere for all members and prospects.

  • Member Experience:

    • Act as a role model for customer service excellence, ensuring all members and prospects feel valued and supported.

    • Resolve any member concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism to maintain member satisfaction and retention.


 
Qualifications:
 
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or a customer-focused industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading a team to success.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive customer loyalty.

  • Leadership and coaching skills to develop, motivate, and inspire a team.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software (preferably Mindbody, ClubReady, or similar).

  • Passion for fitness and wellness, with a genuine interest in promoting Orangetheory’s brand and mission.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
