Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or a customer-focused industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading a team to success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive customer loyalty.
- Leadership and coaching skills to develop, motivate, and inspire a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software (preferably Mindbody, ClubReady, or similar).
- Passion for fitness and wellness, with a genuine interest in promoting Orangetheory’s brand and mission.

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).
