Responsibilities-
- Schedule will consist of a combination of classes coached and admin work.
- Responsible for creating a positive, high-energy, and respectful workout experience and studio culture.
- Responsible for ensuring all fitness operations are running efficiently and correctly – including preparing monthly FitBook, Run/Row cards, coach opening/closing duties, coach shift duties, etc.
- Responsible for building attendance and retaining membership base.
- Responsible for maintaining class utilization, intro closing, new joins, and OTbeat sales standards.
- Work with Studio Manager to recruit, hire and train a team of high preforming Fitness Coaches
- Perform on-going training and development of Fitness Coaches including quarterly evaluations.
- Manage coach schedule and shift-coverage, update MBO accordingly.
- Member outreach and follow up communications – new joins, missed guests, InBody consultations, cancellations, member concerns, etc.
- Maintains up to date employee files on current coaches including certifications, evaluations, and other pertinent documentation.
- Hold disciplinary meetings as needed and provide appropriate documentation.
- Lead monthly all staff and coach meetings.
- Take one class from each coach once a month.
- Attend Monthly Webinars and the rollout and execution of all corporate templates and fitness events.
- Assist in the social media initiatives of the studio.
- Handles member concerns in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution.
- Leads and assists Sales Associates with studio tours/onboarding of prospective members, stay current on membership pricing.
- Assist in corporate partnerships within the community.
- Maintain and troubleshoot studio equipment (Rowers, Treadmills, OTConnect tablets, Member HRM, etc).
- Ensure studio cleanliness
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed.
- Promote an all-inclusive community. Maintain a judgement free and positive environment.
- Must possess a high level of professionalism with leadership team, direct reports, and members.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements:
- Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
- Be AED/CPR certified.
