As a Studio Manager / Sales Coach, you’ll be the heart and soul of the studio, leading by example in both sales and operations. This role is a blend of leadership, sales, and member engagement—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Motivate the Sales Team: Train, mentor, and hold the team accountable to achieve sales goals
- Drive Membership Growth: Present the Orangetheory Fitness experience to prospective members and close sales
- Foster a Strong Studio Culture: Ensure every member feels welcomed, valued, and inspired
- Maintain Studio Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently
- Deliver Outstanding Member Experience: Address concerns, celebrate milestones, and create a community-driven atmosphere
- Implement Marketing & Outreach Strategies: Execute the monthly marketing playbook and engage with the local community
- Collaborate with Coaches & Staff: Work alongside our fitness professionals to ensure a seamless experience for members

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
