We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Fitness Coach. Our studio is open 7 days a week; this position has the opportunity to be scheduled for a combination of morning, evening, and weekend shifts to best serve our members and team!

Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to members and guests by helping them book workouts.
Educate guests on our services and programs to help them achieve their best results.
Lead studio preview tours with new guests and fitness program members.
Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls and customer care calls.
Attend community events and outreach activities to build the Orangetheory brand.
Take a proactive approach to achieving daily, weekly, monthly sales and performance goals.
Maintain a professional and impeccably clean studio for guests and team members.

Qualifications:

Passion for health and fitness.
A big smile and a great attitude.
Sincere in your communication, a team player, and someone who cares about others.
Growth-minded and open to learning.
Attention to detail; can follow proven systems and policies.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Reliable transportation; your own vehicle.
Personal Trainer Certification or Group Fitness Certification.

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism.
