Treasury Analyst

Full Time • Boca Raton, FL, 33487, Boca Raton - Corporate HQ
You will help maintain the stewardship for financial assets and debt, including cash management, debt management, and investment management functions of the organization and its affiliated entities. This team member assists with day-to-day cash management, weekly and quarterly debt reporting, along with preparing related footnote disclosures in support of the financial statements. The Treasury Analyst will report to and work closely with the Treasury Manager and others in the organization on liquidity analysis, cash forecasting, and debt covenants.  You possess experience in cash and debt management while working proactively to drive results. You are a self-starter, flexible, have a high level of integrity and is action and goal oriented.  You must be comfortable working to develop structures and policies while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Manage daily cash operations including preparing daily cash position, weekly accounts payables file, and ad-hoc liquidity analysis
  • Prepare and analyze short-term and long-term cash forecasting as well as associated variances and risk/opportunities analysis
  • Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly debt covenant and compliance reporting
  • Keep records and schedules related to debt and hedge agreements
  • Maintain and develop Treasury reporting package including weekly studio Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), liquidity positions, and cash forecasts
  • Participate in the development/establishment of treasury policies, procedures, and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process changes
  • Assist Treasury, Finance, and Accounting teams in other areas as needed such as insurance, risk management and hedging, and other strategic financial projects
ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
  • Must have advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Superior analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet a constant stream of deadlines
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with different levels of team members
  • Ability to document process flows and drive process improvements
  • Sound interpersonal skills – comfort building relationships between departments 
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 1-2 years of relative experience 
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation (or interest in obtaining)

  • Remote optional: Mondays and Fridays
