Orangetheory Fitness Shrewsbury Plaza is looking for a friendly, motivated, and outgoing team member to help create a great experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

As a Front Desk & Fitness Sales Associate, you’ll be one of the first faces people see and a big part of what makes our studio feel like a community. You’ll connect with new faces, build relationships with members, introduce people to the OTF experience, and help turn fitness goals into real progress.

You don’t need to be a personal trainer or a fitness expert. We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, brings positive energy, and is excited to help others find their place at Orangetheory.

What You’ll Do

Make people feel welcome. Greet members and guests, answer questions, and create a positive first impression.
Introduce people to OTF. Give studio tours, explain how our workouts work, and help new guests feel comfortable before their first class.
Build relationships. Get to know our members, support their fitness journeys, and help create a studio people look forward to coming back to.
Drive membership sales. Talk with prospective members, explain membership options, and help them find the right fit.
Stay connected. Follow up with leads, answer calls and messages, and help turn interest into booked classes and new memberships.
Be part of the team. Work alongside our coaches to create a great first-class experience and keep the studio running smoothly.
Keep things organized. Help maintain a clean, welcoming studio and handle day-to-day front desk responsibilities.
Get involved. Participate in local marketing, community outreach, and studio events.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is friendly, approachable, and comfortable starting conversations.
Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, or helping people reach their goals.
A team player who is dependable, organized, and willing to learn.
Someone who can balance great customer service with sales goals and follow-through.
Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
