What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you are one of the first faces our members and guests see. You'll help create the energy and experience that makes people want to be part of Orangetheory Cleveland Park.

You’ll:

Welcome every person who walks through our doors with enthusiasm, energy, and a smile.
Introduce prospective members to Orangetheory and share what makes the workout different.
Give studio tours and answer questions about OTF.
Work alongside our coaches to make first-time guests feel comfortable and excited about their first workout.
Sell memberships and help prospective members find the option that fits their goals.
Follow up with leads and prospective members in a personal, timely way.
Build relationships with current members and make them feel known and appreciated.
Answer phones, manage the front desk, and help keep the studio running smoothly.
Listen to member concerns and work toward a positive resolution.
Participate in local marketing, community outreach, and studio events.
Keep the front desk and studio clean, organized, and welcoming.
Help create a studio environment where members and team members genuinely enjoy being there.

This Is a Sales Role

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable asking for the sale and excited by the opportunity to earn more by producing results.

You'll learn how to:

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
