We are looking for an exceptional individual to join us as a Fitness Coach / Assistant Studio Manager. This role gives you the best of both worlds and the ability to make an impact on the full member experience as a Coach and on the business side! You must be outgoing, friendly, personable, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer service and sales-oriented environment. You'll work with more than 50 members every day by coaching classes in an energetic and motivating environment, and leading studio successes through fitness consultations and providing a welcoming and goal-driven environment.

What we offer our full-time Fitness Professionals:

Team members are in the studio about 35-40 hours per week with great income and full benefits.
We offer a consistent income without the worry of client no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Qualifications:

Fitness Certification: Personal or Group Training (ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFAA, ACSM, ISSA) or Willingness to Get Certified
CPR and AED Certified
Passion for Health and Fitness

Sincere in your communication, team player, care about others.

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000/year for a full-time position

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
