The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role as the initial point of contact for anyone entering the studio. Your warm and welcoming presence will be essential in ensuring exceptional experiences for our valued members. We are seeking an individual with a friendly and approachable demeanor, coupled with a genuine passion for delivering world-class service to our members.

You will be answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, selling memberships, managing reservations, providing information to visitors, managing mail and packages, and handling general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge on Orangetheory Fitness services
Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and presentable front desk area at all times.
Assist coworkers in any manner necessary to maintain a collective, smooth effort in providing excellent services.
Respond to inquiries in a timely manner, with accurate and thorough information.
Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolution
Work hand-in-hand with our coaches to guide potential members through their first Orangetheory workout
Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and grow
Follow up on prospective members to follow up on potential interesting in joining studio
Give studio tours, participate in marketing and outreach events

Compensation Structure

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
