As the Assistant Marketing Manager of Customer Lifecycle, you are responsible for deploying email campaigns across different audience segments to drive acquisition and retention. You will work closely with the Studio Marketing team and the extended cross-functional journey touchpoints team to create deployment calendars that coincide with key brand initiatives, as well as triggered mailings based on behaviors and milestones. In collaboration with Data & Analytics, Tech and Operations, you will implement, test and optimize segmentation strategy on an ongoing basis, while considering communications across a broader digital ecosystem (email, app, mobile, in-studio) touching every aspect of the customer’s lifecycle.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Coordinate and deploy all email campaigns from Adobe Campaign Manager and Emma, working with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the right message is delivered to the right audience
Manage email lists and segmentation strategy in partnership with the Data & Analytics team
Continue to expand our email marketing strategies and plans, ranging from customer lifecycle to automated/triggered strategy and email campaigns
Collaborate with the team on the integration of email campaigns in the Marketing Brand Calendar
Assist in the development and tracking of KPIs, creating campaign reports for key stakeholders and franchisees as well as regularly providing optimization recommendations based on performance
Working within an always-on optimization culture, assist in creating and implementing A/B testing, tracking results, and optimizing based on key learnings
Assist in building out the mobile push notification strategy while partnering with internal stakeholders to gather information needed to deploy successfully

ARE YOU QUALIFIED?

0-3 years’ experience working on a marketing team with hands-on email marketing experience
Experience with enterprise-level email marketing platform such as Adobe Campaign (or equivalent) and email service provider such as EMMA (or equivalent)
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related area required
Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment and under tight deadlines
HTML knowledge a plus
Strong skills in Microsoft Office & Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

Remote optional: Mondays and Fridays
On-site days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
