Sales Activation Manager

The Sales Activation Manager is responsible for leading Orangetheory Fitness sales generations across our franchise network ensuring maximum sales and profit goals are met. The Sales Activation Manager will work closely with our Director of Revenue Management along with our Ops Services team to find ways our network can increase sales in new memberships, member retention, wearables, retail, and other sales opportunities.
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Partner with Marketing, Learning and Development, and Studio Operations teams to operationalize all sales and marketing offers including creation of execution guides, sales scripting and best practices, virtual sales and marketing classes and sales centric marketing assets
  • Support company objectives as a sales subject matter expert to provide sales expertise and input
  • Support Director of Revenue Management in measuring and sharing performance data for all offers and programs and driving data-driven decision-making across sales and marketing activity
  • Expected to meet or exceed assigned revenue and target metric objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with our franchise owners and continually update them on sales processes to ensure that they are educating their team appropriately.
  • Analyze OTF sales trends across network and makes recommendations to our network on ways to correct deficiencies
  • Lead, coordinate and oversee the sales process and systems
  • Develop a high energy culture through contests, incentives and professional relationships within our franchisees routed in trust
  • Maintain a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values and business code of ethics
  • Conduct department meetings to  communicate the results relative to the exploration of new policies, procedures, ideas, sales techniques and etc. which will be shared with our network to drive overall all sales growth and revenue.
 ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management (or related field) preferred
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in a Sales position in multi-unit fitness/wellness industry
  • Knowledge of OTF Brand a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communication verbally and in written format
  • Ability to prepare and present ideas and recommendations to colleagues and junior staff
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced understanding of sales and financial reports
  • Flexible and proactive team player 
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities at this time.
